Telecommunications Education & Assistance in Multiple-Languages (TEAM) is funded by the California Public Utilities to help limited-English Proficient consumers resolve complaints with their telephone bills or services and to provide education and assistance to consumers who do not speak English. CNSC Partners with Pacific Gas and Electric's (PG&E) California Alternative Rates for Energy (CARE) program to provide a monthly discount on energy bills for income-qualified households. For example, a household size of four's maximum income to qualify for CARE is $44,400. CNSC assists clients with program enrollment to save them money on their monthly bills. CNSC also partners with Comcast to provide households with children on free or reduced school lunches with affordable internal via Comcast's Internet Essentials program, learn more at
